A deposit of $100 is needed to secure reservation. This deposit does NOT go toward your final bill on day of departure. If the house is in appropriate condition upon your departure, your deposit will be credited back to your credit card (if paying by personal check; the check will be cashed and a business check from the Liberty Gap Chalet will be sent back to you).
- If paying by credit card, the card will not be charged until the day of your departure
- If paying by cash or personal check, the full payment is due 72 hours before arrival date.
